Our workshop is fully equipped to cater for all types of cycle service and repair needs whether its a quick tune up for your 3 speed internal hub gear, specialist Rohloff hub, Chris King and Shimano DI2 high speed racing machine.

Our team of Cytech qualified technician's will give your cycle all the attention it needs to ensure it keeps performing. We have a simple approach to work scheduling - with general small repairs no need to make a booking just bring your bike along and most basic work is completed for either same day or next day collection, for service work please contact us prior to bringing your bike along so we can advise a suitable date to ensure we minimise the time you are without a bicycle. Having trouble finding the time to get your bike serviced or repaired? Won't fit in the car or just too busy to call in? Contact us and we can arrange a time to collect your bike and return it to your required location if necessary (This service has an additional charge dependent on distance to travel).



BronzeService £28.00

We recommend this for the casual cyclist who wishes to make sure that everything on their cycle is safe and correctly adjusted. This service is usually completed the same or following day depending on work load and availability of spares.

  • Set and adjust brakes
  • Set and adjust gears
  • Adjust hub bearings
  • Adjust headset
  • Check tightness of all components
  • Lubricate where necessary

E Bike Bronze Service £53.00

As above plus software updates where applicable

Silver Service £80.00

We recommend this for the more frequent cyclist, particularly if used off-road. This is recommended when a more detailed inspection and adjustments are required.This service is usually completed within 2 days depending on work loadand spares availability.

  • Set and adjust brakes
  • Set and adjust gears
  • Re-grease hub bearings
  • Adjust headset
  • Check tightness of all components
  • Lubricate where necessary
  • Remove all brakes from pivots, inspect, clean and refit adjusting as necessary.
  • Degrease chain & cassette
  • Clean and inspect all drive components for wear

E Bike Silver Service £105.00

As above plus software updates where applicable

GoldService £120.00

We recommend this as a pre-winter/spring service for the all year round cyclist. This service is usually completed within 3 days depending on work load and spares availability.

  • Strip cycle to bare frame
  • Wheels tensioned & trued
  • Inspect all bearing races
  • Clean & inspect all drive components for wear
  • Reassemble cycle, greasing bearings

Please ensure that your bicycle is clean – We have a surcharge for DIRTY bikes

Please note any extra work required will not be carried out without prior approval. For any work you can set a maximum cost beyond which we will contact you for agreement on the way forwards.

Work on front & rear suspension units is NOT INCLUDED in the standard services. This is charged extra on a case by case basis as some shock units need to be sent to the service agents for servicing.
