Cowley cycles are a family run business established in 1982.  We stock a full range of bicycles for any type of cycling, from recreational, “comfort” bikes, touring/expedition, children’s, electric and custom fit for the elite rider.

Our staff are friendly and enthusiastic about bikes and are on hand for general enquiries and advice about cycling from the novice rider starting with stabilisers to the latest technology arriving in the cycling industry.

We stock a full range of accessories for all cyclists from professionally fitted helmets for all customers to the latest lighting technology. We also stock a full range of branded clothing so that you ride what ever the British weather (or any where you choose to ride) can throw at you in comfort.

We have a cycle repair and service workshop with Cytec approval to ensure that your cycle is correctly assembled and adjusted or your cycle is in need of repair whether it’s a flat tyre, a major service or race tuning for a big event.  We also build and repair wheels of all size and specification.  There is no need to make an appointment unless it’s a tandem! Just come along.  Most repairs take 1 – 3 days depending on the size of the job and availability of parts and of course how busy we are at the time.
